Booking with Vim is simple. We do not require a deposit or payment upfront. We simply ask that a valid credit card is kept on file to secure your event.

A valid credit card is securely kept on file to confirm and hold your booking. No charge is made upfront.
PAY WHEN IT WORKS FOR YOU
We’ll send you an invoice before your event. You’re welcome to pay it ahead of time, or we can simply charge the card on file the day after your event.
NO DEPOSIT. NO UPFRONT PAYMENT.
Your card simply holds your reservation. You can pay your invoice before the event, or we’ll process payment using the card on file after service is complete.
